There's nothing I love more than to see the professional photography from a couple's big day when I have been lucky enough to be a part of their wedding stationery journey. Jo & Pete approached me initially for printed envelopes from my Tempest Collection which were a joy to create, personalised with their initials at the top of each envelope for that touch of personalisation. When it came to creating their on the day stationery, they wanted to keep with the greenery theme running throughout on textured white tintoretto card stock to add that fresh feel but tie it in nicely with their wedding venue.
Take the most picturesque wedding venue, the stunning Millbridge Court set in the Surrey countryside. This couple love the outdoors and enjoy hiking and so they opted for names of mountains they'd climbed for their Table Numbers and Seating Plan. What I love the most about the Seating Plan is that it was framed beautifully in a copper frame surrounded by more greenery to really add to the elements on the finished stationery design. The end result looked perfect, Table Numbers were also framed on each table, surrounded by foliage and decor to really make these stand out further.
On each table a menu was placed which continued with the leaf design I had created throughout. On the reverse of each menu I had designed a wine menu to show what wines were available to sample. This bespoke stationery design was a joy to work on and paired with the script font choice for titles, I think everything tied in together very nicely. With this modern luxury wedding barn venue set back in all its rustic glory, this wedding exudes elegance by day and enchantment by night.
